Really helpful and pleasant staff at reception, a very comfortable room which had everything we needed, including a coffee/ tea maker. Well soundproofed, no noise from adjoining rooms or corridor. 24 hour reception, good for late arrivals, and late check out the next morning until 12. Would be very happy to stay again when we are next in Frankfurt

I am not a morning person, so I did not have breakfast for the duration of my stay. The room was clean, and the cleanliness was maintained throughout. The staff at the reception was super friendly and eager to assist with whatever i was struggling with, e.g., directions to the train station, airport, etc.

The location is in the city center. Easy to reach. The REWE supermarkt is just in front of the hotel open from Monday to Saturday 7-22. The S-Bahn station is 5-7 minutes walk. The street train station is very close from hotel. The hotel is clean.

The rooms were cozy and clean, with all the needed facilities. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the hotel's bar. I also had a great price for the room during my stay.

Excellent room: loved the balcony. Location was great and easy to access transport. I didn't do the gym/sauna facilities justice - these were way above what I had expected and were marvelous.
