Excellent room: loved the balcony. Location was great and easy to access transport. I didn't do the gym/sauna facilities justice - these were way above what I had expected and were marvelous.

Really helpful and pleasant staff at reception, a very comfortable room which had everything we needed, including a coffee/ tea maker. Well soundproofed, no noise from adjoining rooms or corridor. 24 hour reception, good for late arrivals, and late check out the next morning until 12. Would be very happy to stay again when we are next in Frankfurt

The rooms were cozy and clean, with all the needed facilities. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the hotel's bar. I also had a great price for the room during my stay.

Excellent location for the Messe and very clean, comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast and lovely to have a restaurant too. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, and the restaurant was particularly good. excellent food and service with great choices and draft beer. They even did a delicious room service PIzza.

Location, Staff is extremely Friendly. Room was Clean. I did not have breakfast so no comment but I had a open buffet Dinner which was also fantastic.

The location is in the city center. Easy to reach. The REWE supermarkt is just in front of the hotel open from Monday to Saturday 7-22. The S-Bahn station is 5-7 minutes walk. The street train station is very close from hotel. The hotel is clean.

staff friendliness great, at reception as well as at breakfast. Nothing missing regarding breakfast quality, also nice different areas to choose and sit. Quality/price relation in balance, comfortable parking location but parking a bit expensive as not close to city center.
